How to go about studying in Quebec?

So basically I really want to study linguistics at the University of California – Berkley. One of my English tutors recommended I go studying in Canada, since I live right next to Ontario and the education could be cheaper and better. I thought an even better idea would be to study in Quebec! I;ve studied French for three years and I think it would really help improve my French and I love traveling. So I was wondering, how do I go about applying to studying in a school in Canada? I saw that the University of Montreal had a linguistics department (or at least I think I saw that), does anyone have any tips or anything like that?

Marrying in Canada during vacation travel, is it easy?

I was wondering if it is easy and what should I bring to get married in Canada during a vacation travel, my gf and I are single, never been married before, we live in Mexico and we think its nice to marry during our travel maybe in Montreal, Toronto or Quebec Is it possible or do we need to wait a lot of paperwork and time? Will it be a legally recognized marriage when we get back to our country (Mexico)?

Where in Canada should i visit? Mtl/Qc City?

Wanted to take a trip to Canada sometime early in the summer. I figured at first that i;d go to Quebec city. It seemed appealing because well, i could drink, and i wanted to see a city that was more unlike modern U.S cities. However, i dont speak a word of French (which only somewhat concerns me.) Also i dont know what to do in either city. In Quebec i;d figure i;d enjoy just waking around, dining, and taking pictures of the city. (as i enjoy doing) Montreal seems to have more things to do tho. At any rate, i;m not sure which city i;d enjoy more for my first trip to Canada, and further more, what i;d do in either city. Any insight, past experiences, travel guide info would be much appreciated. Oh, sidenote, i know this is probably cliche but im trying to spend as little as possible. Im content with walking around a city and going to free attractions then spending money on them. Thank you very much.

Vectors question? Physics. ?

Please answer my questions in a very clear and understandable form.1.)The navigator of an airplane plans a flight from one airport to another 1200 km away, in a direction 30 degrees east of north. The weather office informs him of prevailing wind from the west, of 80 km/h. The pilot wants to maintain an air speed of 300 km/h. A. What heading should the navigator give the pilot?B. How long will the flight take?C. How much time did the wind save?2.) A powerboat travels down the St. Lawrence River from Montreal to Quebec City, at full throttle. This time, the trip takes 15 h. With no gas left, the boat now drifts with a steady current back to Quebec City. How long does the third trip take?Thank you!

Where should i go (getaway tips)?

Briefly, I;m a girl in montreal who just had issues. Anyways, I need to go away for a while. I;m thinking a small town. Nothing big, I travel a lot, but this time i want somewhere new, calm, small. I need real tips? where should i go to this summer? I keep looking on websites but i would rather have real help from someone. (p.s since it;s a getaway, my parents are probably cutting me off the moment i leave, which means i;ll have to get a kind of summer job wherever i decide to go. Just though it might be a deal breaker for a few destinations)
