Where to travel in the USA?
I;m going to America at the end of the year (December/January) and was wondering where I should go. I;m already visiting LA and New York. Is there anywhere else that you;d recommend I visit while I;m over there? (I was thinking about Florida – Miami, Orlando, Florida Keys, etc. Any reccomendations?) Also I know that in some places it will be cold (eg New York!) so if the weather would affect anywhere you recommend at that time please let me know
Thanks
How can I lose ten pounds?
Long story short, I used to weigh 175 about 1 months and a half ago, ive been in Wrestling and MMA since 11 and 13 for MMA training but I got chubby around that time from McDonald;s lol. I never lost weight since I kept eating unhealthy, I didn;t gain any either. After breaking up with a past girlfriend I seriously wanted to raise my standards, although I doubt I could get that great of a girl as a chubby guy haha. So I stopped eating McDonald;s in general and ate Ribeye, New York and T-Bone steaks for most of my diet and started training with the Instructors that train MY instructors in Kickboxing so it was pretty God Damn intense. We like I said, after a month and a half I went from 175 to 145-49 (depending on water intake) I used to weight 140 but had a good muscle weight increase after I took a 3 day rest from weightlifting. Anyways, it;s summer and my parents now have me babysit my baby brother all day long and don;t even want me going outside because it;s a bad neighbor hold… Well I currently moved with my Mom since my Dad is in a band and always traveling. I think the only reason I lost weight was because of MMA, and Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu, the thing is, i have a Jiu-Jitsu tournament in a month and was wondering how I could drop to 135? I;m gunna go back to my regular routine after 2 weeks but I don;t wanna gain any weight these 2 weeks!! I pig out when I;m with my brother. By the way, I;m 15, 145 and 5;5" (turning 16 soon.) and I wanna take advantage of this summer especially since I;m going to have College next year..
